1. Acceptance

MOJGAMES (the “Service”) is operated by Metaflare Interactive LLP (LLPIN ACI-6381), Jalandhar, Punjab, India, and is part of metaflareinteractive.com. By accessing or playing on MOJGAMES, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

MOJGAMES is a free, browser-based platform of original HTML5 games. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and we may run games with advertising.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MOJGAMES.

4. Acceptable use

When using MOJGAMES, you agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots/scripts to manipulate scores or leaderboards;
• submit offensive, unlawful or infringing display names or content;
• scrape, copy, decompile or reverse-engineer our games or platform;
• disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Leaderboards & display names

Display names are public. We may remove scores or names that are offensive, misleading or obtained by cheating, and we may reset leaderboards to keep competition fair.

6. Intellectual property

All games, characters (including the Mojo mascot), artwork, audio, code and the MOJGAMES brand are owned by Metaflare Interactive LLP and protected by law. You may play the games for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metaflare Interactive LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MOJGAMES after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab, India will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
